One of the best experiences I have had dealing with an agent, and also quite fast and efficient. We looked for 2 almost 3 years and were initially keen on buying a flat, after our last viewing we met Clarence and he referred us to a property which was not on the market yet (a house much bigger property than we had had luck finding) we viewed and actually knew we were going to go for it prior to viewing merely due to the size of the entire property.
